Ah, it is soooooooooo good to be back blogging again! I really missed my blog and missed connecting with each of you. Thank you for your patience, I really appreciate it!
Well, let me ask you a question? What happens when you put together a group of photographers, beautiful models, a construction site, and a beach in the middle of September? You guessed it - a super fun “Trash the Dress” photo session Chicago style!
Recently, I had the opportunity to join a group put together by the uber-talented Melissa Diep to participate in my first Trash the Dress photo shoot. I can’t put into words just how much fun it was! I arrived prepared to get dirty but wasn’t prepared to go out into the water like I wanted. So, next time I’ll be ready to “delve into the deep” to capture the images I’ve seen in my spirit (although seeing me in my swim trunks is an image you may not want to see anytime soon).
Nonetheless, I did get a little carried away and captured over 200 images (I know, what was I thinking) and here are some of my favorites that I hope you enjoy. And since this was such a great time I will be adding Trash the Dress sessions to my services. As you will see it is a wonderful way to create truly unique images while having an indescribable fun time! If you’re interested just send me an email and let’s talk. Be blessed and it’s great to be back. Enjoy!
PS: Don’t forget to check Melissa’s super-dope website - she definitely has it going on. Melissa, let’s definitely work together again soon as it was a blast!

Thank you Melissa, I really appreciate it. I really had a good time and am pleased with my images, especially for my first time. But, everyone was soo cool to work with it made my job so easy. I am still in my wedding season but as soon as I have a free weekend I will join you guys. I love the idea of a Fall TTD, gotta find a way to be there!
Wow, Sam! I just saw the video now. I had not viewed all of the shots of everyone until now … great job, excellent editing, creative angles and nice selection of images. Very impressed!
