The calm after the storm

Happy Friday!  We have a truly beautiful weekend ahead of us with some of the finest weather we’ve experienced all summer.  It can be hard to believe as just a little more than a week ago we were enduring the remnants of two hurricanes. 

It doesn’t rain much in these parts but because of the hurricanes we are still dealing with the after effects of flooding.  Well, in the midst of the storms I ventured outside with my camera and captured a few images of nature’s fury.  Even in the midst of hurricanes and thunderstorms there is beauty to behold.  I hope you enjoy these images captured during the calm after the storm.  Have a great Friday!

    A fantastic set of images. As you have shown, less than ideal weather can produce ideal opportunities for image making.
